Хорошая гостиница, портье Светлана исполнительный сотрудник, на все. Вопросы ответила и помогла, со всеми вопросами помогла,гостиница тяненет на 5 звёзд все хорошо чисто и гостеприимно

Ну, понятно, что гостиница 2 звезды не может быть супер качества. Но зачем перед заселением перекрывать батареи и открывать окно (на улице -2, если что)? Почему нельзя пропылесосить ковер в номере? Ну видно же, что холмки песка на паласе от чьей-то обуви. Почему при заселении в 40 человек на завтрак закуплено всего 2 батона? Гости же не в 6 утра заехали, было известно количество! Это безобразие компенсируется только приветливостью и человечностью персонала. Спасибо, поменяли номер без вопросов, принесли хлеб из каких-то ресторанных запасов. Звезды сотрудникам, но никак не руководству. Приехали не в первый раз, но уж, наверное, в последний.
