Cottage of 110m2 on a plot of 30 acres. with an outdoor terrace and a warm veranda with panoramic windows. The house can accommodate up to 7 adults and 3 children. The house has everything for a comfortable stay: shower, bathroom, 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, dishes, oven, kettle, coffee machine), clean bed linen and towels. The house has 4 separate rooms and a living room-kitchen: -a bedroom with a double bed; -bedroom with a single bed; -children's room with 3 beds (including a bunk bed); -large warm veranda with panoramic windows and views of the Ladoga skerries towards sunset with a pull-out sofa for two; -in the living room there is a comfortable folding sofa for two. A comfortable temperature in the house is maintained by a underfloor heating system. The fireplace in the living room will create a cozy and warm atmosphere. The house has a real Russian wood-burning sauna As well as a barbecue area located near the house. Clean air, birdsong, the sound of foliage... All this is off the coast of the Ladoga skerries.
