Please notify us in advance during booking if you require accounting paperwork. *** House Rules & Check-in Policy To ensure your stay is as comfortable and safe as possible, the following rules apply across the OpenApart network: - Check-in and Check-out: Guest check-in starts from 2:00 PM, and the checkout time is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in or late check-out options can be discussed individually and are subject to an additional fee, depending on technical availability. - Documents & Security Deposit: Check-in requires a valid passport. Upon arrival, a mandatory security deposit is collected to cover potential property damage. This deposit is fully refunded on the day of departure after the apartment has been cleaned and inspected. - Smoking Restrictions: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, hookahs, vapes, and electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is permitted only on the loggias and in the common areas of the residential complex. - Quiet Hours & Events: Our apartments are intended exclusively for living and peaceful relaxation. Hosting noisy parties, celebrations, or any type of entertainment events is strictly forbidden. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Pet Policy: Accommodating pets is not allowed.
