Sanatorium named after V.V. Volodarsky

The sanatorium named after V.V. Volodarsky is located in the forested area of the Akhuna microdistrict located within the city of Penza. The health resort is located 8 km from the city center, 10 km from the Russian Railway station, 12 km from the bus station. The sanatorium has its rich history of more than 87 years, it was opened in 1936, on the basis of a holiday home. For accommodation, guests are offered rooms of various categories and capacities, each of which is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, additional furniture, hygiene supplies and a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. The room configuration depends on the selected category. On the territory of the sanatorium there are two 9-storey buildings designed for 445 vacationers, a dining room, a hydrotherapy room with a swimming pool, connected by a heated passage. There is a well with mineral brine "Rapa" on the territory of the sanatorium.
