Within walking distance: Universities of the city, public transport stops, Altai Regional Court, Prospekt shopping center (with a coffee shop and restaurant), Grocery stores. Nearby there are a car and a railway station, Gulliver shopping center, City Center shopping center, Opera, Galaktika shopping center, Titov Arena, diagnostic center, TSUM, River station, embankment. Pets are allowed, extra charge. Upon check-in, we draw up a contract and take a deposit (from 2000 to 3000 depending on the class of the apartment), which is returned upon departure.
