Была зимой на мероприятии в конференц зале. Отель расположен на горке, заехать было не возможно, так как территория не чистится, те кто заехал каким-то чудом, скатывались рискуя попасть в серьезные дтп, больше туда не поеду ни на какие мероприятия.

Проводили в этой гостинице сборы и свадебный день — остались очень довольны.
Ощущается достойный уровень: сервис, персонал, оформление, чистота и сами номера с атмосферой комфортного отдыха. Наш номер был вполне уютный и стильный - это было важно при выборе гостиницы.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — всегда были на связи, даже ночью, и быстро помогали с вопросами. По нашей просьбе оперативно принесли вазу, также был удобный доступ к паркингу для автомобиля.
Но и было небольшое неудобство: на 5 этаже, чтобы получить горячую воду, нужно сперва было пролить её ~10 мин. Нас об этом не предупредили и мы подумали, что воды вовсе нет. Но пришёл рабочий, всё объяснил, и это маленькое неудобство быстро решилось.
В целом остались только положительные впечатления. За свои деньги — отличный вариант. Рекомендуем 👍
