Villa in the Uchkuyevka microdistrict of Sevastopol, a 5-minute walk from the beach of the same name. Uchkuyevka Park with a concert venue and various sports grounds is located at a distance of 300 m. There are public transport stops nearby: Uchkuyevka Park bus stop is an 8–minute walk away, and Vinogradniki bus stop is a 15–minute walk away. The distance to Sevastopol railway station is 9 km.
