Понравилось: - Не понравилось: Позвонил после бронирования, чтобы выяснить возможность раннего заселения. Пообещали сообщить за 12 часов до заселения и сбросить инструкцию по заселению. Никто ничего не сообщил и не сбросил. Более того, до расчетного часа заселения не отвечали на звонки. Клиентоориентированность на уровне плинтуса.

Понравилось: ЖК неплохой Район вроде центр, недалеко метро, но очень много мигрантов и кругом пром зона Не понравилось: В шкафу в номере в нижнем ящике остался мусор от прошлых жильцов - за что дополнительно взымают 1000 рублей на уборку непонятно Душевая кабинка неплотно закрывается - из-за чего течет Гладильная доска в номере убитая, кое-как смог ее поставить В коридоре между номерами какой-то склад вещей Простыня в кровати постоянно задирается из-за чего спишь частично на чехле Мыло из набора неприятно пахнет Вывод, за эту цену есть много вариантов. В следующий раз буду пробовать другое размещение

Понравилось: Отличный номер! Снимали на одну ночь, были приятно удивлены. Дом новый, красивый. Квартира свежая, уютная. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Брендированное белоснежное белье и полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности, средства гигиены (даже гель для стирки!), чайный набор, столовые приборы, все виды посуды, гладильная доска, утюг, стиральная машина, обогреватель, кондиционер. Единственное, не повезло с шумными соседями. Но, благодаря оперативной работе и пониманию администратора, проблема была решена. Сюрпризом стал вид из окна на Москва-Сити. Остались довольны выбором! Не понравилось: -
