При заселении нет не тапочек и не зубной пасты, если проживание попадает на выходные и людей мало, то при наличии завтрака в период проживание дают пакет еды и там самое удивление для меня было наличие кофе три в одном, и персонал на ресепшене, имени я не знаю был не приветливый от слово совсем (не здравствуйте и не до свидания)

Гостиница из разряда"отврат" по порядку- проживал с 29 по 31 мая 2024 заявленная работа ресторана до 23 часов вранье полное. Захотел поужинать в 21 час персонала уже нет на месте. Ресторан закрыт. И это не единичный случай при мне девушка заловалась администратору утром, что вечером по прилёту также не могла поужинать хотя работа ресторана заявлена до 23 часов вечера. Вы либо работу ресторана смените и не вводите людей в заблуждение, либо работайте как положено. Неужели нет понимания что люди на основании ваших заявленных часов работы ресторана планируют свой ужин. Администратор в 21 час отсутствует в гостинице совсем до утра, то есть получается вечером вас точно не заселят. Охранник неадекватный - на любые вопросы хамит. Не рекомендую портить себе пребывание в этой гостинице. Знал бы что они свои часы работы не соблюдают поужинал бы в другом месте. А так вы рискуете остаться голодными и не заселится вечером. Телевизор тоже в номере не работает.WI-FI в номере только у двери номера работает, отошёл на метр и ни чего не звучит. Не рекомендую портить себе пребывание в этом городе проживанием в Орбите.
