Однозначно, больше здесь не остановлюсь. Очень крутая прокуренная лестница на входе. Непередаваемая сигаретная вонь в санузле. Ни вытяжка, ни открытое окно с данной проблемой не справились!! На ночь пришлось затыкать полотенцем щель под дверью санузла, чтобы эту вонь не тянуло в номер. Сам санузел уже просит ремонта. Окно номера выходило на шоссе. Было шумно. Стены и двери в номере "картонные". В двенадцатом часу ночи в свой номер за стеной пришли соседи: 2 мужчин, которые просто разговаривали, ржали, мылись, пользовались туалетом. Эхо было как в тоннеле. Не давали мне спать целый час. Впервые в жизни увидела, чтобы персонал не умел заправлять постельное бельё: пододеяльник был дырявый и вывернут на изнанку. Ну и "вишенка на торте" - крысы, разбежавшиеся в разные стороны из-под моей машины на парковке рядом с отелем

Отель конечно красивый, но сервис…. В номере при звезде было очень грязно, я попросила помыть пол, его при мне протерли, но стало еще хуже. За 3 дня, в номере больше ни разу не убирались, не приносили принадлежности, в общем не появлялись вообще. При заезде пыль была везде! На шкафу, в шкафу, пол вообще ужасно грязный, вытяжка в душе тоже, везде чьи-то волосы!!! Даже на постели!!! Короче ужас ужасный! Очень жалею о своем выборе отеля!!!
