Within walking distance there is a park for evening walks, many shops, cafes and various places for leisure activities. The apartment has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: furniture (double bed, two folding sofas) appliances, dishes, decor, fully equipped kitchen. For the convenience of guests, we provide: disposable slippers, dental kits, soap, shampoo, tea and coffee. Standard check-in from 14 o'clock, check-out until 12.00, other times are negotiated individually. A deposit of 2000 rubles is taken. Returns on the day of departure from 18.00 - 20.00 hours. After the inspection and cleaning of the apartment, the money is transferred to the guest's card if there is no damage and heavy contamination of furniture in the apartment that require dry cleaning.
