Были с мужем проездом, вполне себе, хорошее местечко. Чисто, тихо, привет левые админы, внимательные, доброжелательные. Территория отеля чистенькая. Рекомендую. Есть завтраки.

Забронировали с 9.04.2026 по 11.04.2026. Обстоятельств изменились и выехать пришлось 9.04.2026. Оплату произвели по выставленному счету, при том, что связаться по оплате проблем не возникло. В момент выезда сдали ключи на ресепшен и сказали, что номер сдаем. Когда позвонили и попросили вернуть деньги за неиспользованные сутки, началось: вы не предупредили, мы не знали, гость в номере живет и прочее… я говорю, что гость уже в Нижневартовск уехал, о чем говорит маршрутная квитанция. И сразу стали проблемы со связью, перестали брать трубки. Очень непорядочно поступать так с гостями !!!!
