Самые неприятные впечатления от отеля. 1. Уборка. Ощущение, что она отсутствует: заселились и увидели бутылку, носки, крышку от прошлых постояльцев. Белизна полотенец оставляет желать лучшего, повсюду известковый налет. 2. Работа администраторов. Кнопка слива сломана, приходилось стучать по ней, о чем нас не предупредили. Дозвониться в момент проблемы не смогли, оказывается админы еще и официанты на завтраке. 3. Ожидание/реальность. Выбирали номер по фото, в результате столкнулись, что дизайн номера вообще не соответствует заявленным фото, по фото это номер ниже уровня. Будьте тогда честны в этом вопросе - прилагайте фото всех дизайнов, чтобы понимать с чем можешь столкнуться. Натянули 2 звезды только за близость к ЖД вокзалу - 5 мин, что удобно. Никогда не вернемся и знакомым не порекомендуем.

About the hotel

Gizzat Plaza Hotel is located in the historical center of Kazan. The entire historical infrastructure is within walking distance: the railway station, the Kazan Kremlin, the Kul Sharif Mosque, the Kremlin embankment, the legendary Bauman Street. The hotel's room stock includes 22 rooms of four comfort categories. All rooms are decorated in the same pastel-colored style and equipped with everything necessary for comfortable accommodation. Each room has cozy new furniture, a comfortable Queen Size or King Size bed (depending on the room category), a work desk, a Yandex smart TV with voice control without a remote control and all Alice's capabilities, a mini-bar and a tea station. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, a set of toiletries, soft pleasant bathrobes and slippers. Free parking and Wi-Fi access are available.
