Отличный отель! номера убраны хорошо, места общего пользования чистые. Все номера находятся на втором этаже, шумоизоляция хорошая соседей не слышно. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа зона за доп плату неограниченное время, бассейн в спа зоне чистый, парная комфортная, в хамаме температура не регулируется пар обжигает. В номере стоял камин, дополнительно обогревались им. Рядом с отелем ресторан восточной кухни с 15% скидкой для посетителей отеля, над пятерочкой в кафе заказывали шашлык (вкусный). В целом отелем довольны, рекомендую!

Отель не соответствует заявленной стоимости и описанию. Мебель старая, диван грязный😱 В ванной сантехника сломана, душевая кабина не закрывается, очень маленькая. Администратор не владеет клиентским сервисом. Завтраки нужно идти в другой отель, ничего особого. В номере не было средств личной гигиены, тапочек, хотя все это заявленно при бронировании.
