Забота о гостях - это запрет на шум ночью, а не прайс-лист на шум, курение и «посторонних людей». Трижды просили администратора угомонить соседей. В итоге до 3:20 слушали концерт из громкой музыки и бездарного спектакля работницы древней профессии. Это вместо того, чтобы, как и должно быть по закону о защите прав потребителей, вызвать полицию и успокоить либо выселить дебоширов. И даже переселиться в другой номер было невозможно, потому что их тут, кажется, всего штуки 4 и они все на одном пятачке. Итог - судя по прайсу на нарушения, отель здорово заработал сегодня на соседнем номере. А спокойные, приличные люди пострадали. Мы проснулись разбитые, не выспались, пришлось пить анальгин от адской головной боли. От всей души не рекомендую отель, который не следует базовым нормам гостиничного дела и потворствует нарушению прав потребителей.
