FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT The spacious apartment is equipped with everything necessary for short visits and long stays. We have 4 beds available.: A wide double bed with anatomical orthopedic mattress — for a healthy sleep and proper support of the spine. A cozy IKEA corner sofa (sleeping place 140x200 cm) with high-quality filler. In the kitchen you will find a full set of dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. For hygiene, we provide fresh bed linen, soft towels, as well as disposable hygiene products: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap and toilet paper. The living room has a modern Smart TV with access to online cinemas, and high-speed Wi-Fi allows you to stay connected, work or study without interruptions. CONVENIENT LOCATION Our apartment is located in a developed area with developed infrastructure. Within walking distance: the large Shopping Center "Ultra", the Republican Clinical Hospital named after Kuvatova, the Central Military Enlistment Office, the Youth Palace and the Agrarian University. Nearby there are public transport stops, pharmacies, supermarkets and cafes — everything you need for a comfortable life. STRICT RULES OF ACCOMMODATION (FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY) We value peace and comfort, so we ask you to follow simple rules.: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and on the balcony (a dry cleaning fee is charged for violation). Check—in is possible only upon presentation of a passport, the age of the guests is from 18 years old. Observe silence after 23:00 — this rule is necessary to maintain good neighborly relations. Noisy companies, corporate parties and parties are strictly prohibited. OPERATING MODE AND FLEXIBILITY The standard check—in time is from 14:00, check—out is until 12:00. We always cooperate: upon request, the option of extending the stay by the hour is available (subject to availability). The conditions for early or late check—in are discussed individually - just let us know in advance and we will try to find a solution. DEAR GUESTS!
