Заказали баню на день рождения с 18:00 до 21:00, а про нас просто забыли и сказали «мы вам денег обратно вернем и до свидания, я даже не знаю что сказать ….

Несколько раз звонили, не дожидаясь вопроса, администратор говорит, что ей не слышно ничего. После нескольких попыток дозвониться- подняв трубку сказали, что есть только дом за 8000 рублей. Супер 🙌🏻это самый лучший диалог-монолог

Были в бане. Ощущение что пытаются содрать с гостей по максимуму. Что бы дали емкость свой веник запарить нужно заплатить 600 рублей, первый раз такое встречаю, обычно везде бесплатно, чай тоже за такую же плату. При этом сантехника старая, ржавая, держатели для душа отпадают, в емкости для мыла выпадает краник, гели для душа дают только по маленькому одноразовому пакетику, полотенец вообще не дают. Из мебели только неудобные лавочки, нет места для релакса вроде удобных кресел. Остались не очень довольны.
