Максимально странная администрация и подход к клиентам. Забронировала лично определенный номер в этой гостинице за 2 месяца до заезда для гостя. Мне мужчина администратор сказал, что бронь зафиксирована, оплату сам не взял, сказал, что в начале апреля позвонят и попросят бронь. За 10 дней до заезда (середина апреля , а не начало) мне звонит Светлана, видимо директор, потому что такого хамского общения нормальные администраторы себе не позволяют в отелях. И ставит меня перед фактом: «именно ваш номер занят, приезжайте смотрите другой номер, ваши проблемы, что вы не оплатили». Но, как я поняла, даже если бы я оплатила, номер бы все равно оказался занят, тк в нём поселили человека на длительный строк. Девушка не слышала и не слушала, просто «ваши проблемы, меняйте номер», говорила параллельно, даже не извинилась за неисполнительность. «Не мои проблемы, что сделал другой администратор». Максимально неклиентоориентированное отношение , хамское общение Светланы, если она директор, то особенно плачевно для этого бизнеса, для которой нет интереса в запросе гостя, работая в сфере гостеприимства!
