Zackheim Apartments

We offer for daily rent a studio apartment on the 13th floor of a 17-storey building, located near the Zakheim and Royal Gates. The window offers a view of the city and Yalta pond. The territory of the house is fenced with a metal fence, the entrance is equipped with a boom gate, a concierge works on the 1st floor of the house. Also on the 1st floor there is a grocery store, a dental clinic, a beauty salon and a WB pick-up point. There are several cafes, a canteen, and a shopping center within walking distance where you can buy groceries, clothes, household chemicals, and more. The city center is 15 minutes away by public transport, and there is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house. The apartment is modernly renovated and equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances: a comfortable double bed, a folding sofa and an armchair, a TV, a stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a washing machine, a refrigerator, dishes, bed linen, towels, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer. We also offer our guests disposable slippers, shampoo and shower gel, washing powder, a welcome set: coffee, tea, sugar, a set of spices. Check-in after 14:00 Check-out before 12:00 If possible, we will arrange early/late check-in/check-out. We accept guests with well-behaved pets, provided that your pets are not left unattended. Also, when checking in with animals, an increased deposit for the safety of property in the amount of 10,000 rubles is charged, this deposit is refunded on the day of departure to the card, after checking and cleaning the apartment.
