Dear guests! Check-in at all our facilities takes place in a CONTACTLESS MANNER. Payment: cashless only. An identity document is required for check-in. Check-in time: from 15:00 to 23:00 Check-out time: before 12:00  All our facilities have everything you need: a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, kettle, microwave, stove, refrigerator, cutlery and basic utensils, tea and coffee. We provide our guests with towels, shower gel, fresh bed linen and slippers. All facilities have a TV, WI-FI. We provide accounting documents. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT! WE DO NOT RENT WITH ANIMALS! THE APARTMENT IS NOT FOR RENT FOR EVENTS! We charge a DEPOSIT of 3000₽ for the rental of the apartment, which will be refunded within a day after your departure, if everything is in order with the apartment.
