An additional fee is charged for each additional person over 2x. Children are paid 100% Check-in only with a passport! Sleeps 2+2 If neighbors complain about noise, we reserve the right to evict. Smoking is strictly prohibited! Check-in with pets is subject to prior arrangement and with an increased deposit. Always fresh bed linen and towels. Cleaning and disinfection after each guest.
