Before booking our apartments, we recommend that you carefully read the accommodation rules. To stay, you will need a passport of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or a document confirming your stay in our country. Check-in takes place remotely at any time from 2 p.m. on the current day. Check-out is provided before 12 o'clock on the day of your departure. ( early arrivals and late departures are possible by prior arrangement and availability ) We check in only after full payment and deposit. The deposit will be refunded after check-out within 24 hours. You can become our guest only if you are 21 years old. Smoking is strictly possible on the street We really appreciate our guests and therefore take care of their comfort. Noisy parties are PROHIBITED during your stay with us! What is included in the studio • Space for one or two guests: a cozy room with modern furniture, clean and tidy. • Private bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine. There is also a hairdryer, disposable personal hygiene products — everything for your convenience. • Coffee and tea corner: refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar and tea accessories are available. A place where you can relax after a walk and enjoy a drink. • Shared laundry room with washing machine: wash your clothes at a convenient time without leaving the building. Important: this is not a full—fledged apartment with a kitchen, as there is no full-fledged kitchen area. But everything you need for a comfortable short—term stay is available.
