Or you can live alone, we won't move anyone else in with you.; - There is a shared kitchen for warming up and eating; - Remote check–in is available - after booking, you will receive a link to a personal page that fully automates the process of moving in and staying in the apartment, including payment, check-in instructions, and additional services; - Bathroom in the room (shower and toilet); - We carry out cleaning in the room and common areas, change of bed linen; - We carry out migration registration of foreign citizens; - We conclude a contract (if necessary), payment is possible to the organization's checking account (LLC without VAT), we provide accounting documents on request; - Upon check-in, the guest pays a deposit, which is refunded after leaving the apartment, provided there are no damages, violations of the rules of accommodation and payment debts.
