What we provide for free (starter kit): · Hygiene kit: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap. · A set of towels (2 pcs. for the body) and a kitchen towel. · Bed linen (made only on the main bed). · Tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt. · Toilet paper (1 roll), detergent (for 2-3 washes). What you need to take with you (personal trifles): · Toothbrushes and toothpaste. · Cotton pads/swabs, your favorite cosmetics. Location and infrastructure: The apartment is located in the quiet 7th quarter of the Academic district (Voloshina St.). You will find: Trouble-free parking: Large Parking on Voloshina St., 1 (296 places) There are also free places near the house. Everything is nearby: Shops "Pyaterochka", "Magnit" (9:00-23:00), pharmacy, beauty salon, medical center. For family leisure: A 10-minute walk from the Academic shopping center with a cinema, children's rooms, a food court and a game room. Important living conditions: (Please read): To make cooperation honest and comfortable for everyone, we ask you to pay attention to our rules. Booking and payment: · The cost depends on the tariff: weekday / weekend. · Minimum period: from 2 days. · Number of guests: Specify the correct number of guests when booking — the final price depends on this. (A camera is installed at the entrance to the apartment to record the number of people entering, this is a security and control measure). · Separate beds: If you book accommodation for 2 guests, but you need two separate beds, then this is considered a separate service. In this case, the second set of bed linen is additionally paid for. · Offer agreement: By clicking the "Book" button and making an advance payment, you automatically agree to the rules of accommodation and the terms of the public offer (agreement). Upon request, we provide closing documents: a receipt and a contract. Financial issues: · Prepayment is made through the booking service. · The balance is paid on the day of arrival. · Security deposit: fully refunded on the day of departure, if there were no violations of the rules and property damage. Accommodation with pets (Welcome!): · We love animals, so they are welcome here! · When checking in with a pet, the security deposit increases and a separate fee is added for the pet's accommodation. Strictly No smoking! (Including electronic cigarettes and hookahs). 2. No parties and noisy gatherings with friends. 3. Observe the silence mode: after 22:00 we do not make noise, do not turn on music or TV loudly. 4. We rest with the train that is specified in the booking. You can't bring additional guests. 5. Ban on filming: It is forbidden to conduct any commercial photo and video filming in the apartment. For personal photos, please do not use professional equipment without the consent of the owner. 6. We keep the apartment clean during your stay. 7. We treat our equipment and property carefully. If something is not clear in use, just ask us, we will tell you! Please remember: If any of these points (1-7) is violated, the security deposit will not be refunded and will be withheld in full.
