A comfortable sofa bed for additional guests: accommodates up to 4 people. The kitchen with designer brick finish is fully equipped: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and full set of dishes. We provide slippers, terry towels, and bathrobes for adult guests. Important: — Accommodation for up to 4 guests. For more than 2 guests, an additional fee applies automatically. — Security deposit — 5,000₽, refunded after inspection upon departure. — We would appreciate it if you leave the apartment tidy: washed dishes and collected trash.
