The Green Forest Double House

There are 2 houses to choose from, each with a fenced area and parking for 2 cars. The first double-house offers a panoramic sauna and a vat, the second double-house offers a sauna in the house and a vat on the territory. The houses are located in the Green Forest Club business class gated community, 60 minutes from the Moscow Ring Road along the Simferopol highway M-2 or M-4. The houses are designed to accommodate up to 6 people, children under 6 years old stay free of charge without providing a separate bed. Rest and relaxation In the evening, you can relax in the panoramic sauna or the sauna in the house itself, and afterwards relax in the hot font under the open sky. The fireplace stove in the living room adds extra comfort and romance, and for the warmth of the moment, you can light a fire in the campfire area and drink a cup of fragrant tea in the soul-piercing silence. A morning with a colorful sunrise and birdsong will give you a special experience. Comfort and facilities We have taken care of your comfortable stay in our homes: • Underfloor heating, air conditioning/heat pump and radiators. • Fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 6 people, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (capsule), toaster. • Bathroom accessories, tea, coffee and spices. • Bath accessories (oils, hats), bed linen and terry towels. • Filters for water purification. • Mini-station "Alice", TV, Wi-Fi. • On the terrace there is a hammock chair (double with a panoramic sauna) and a cozy swing on the territory. There is a campfire bowl/barbecue (2 in 1), a grill and skewers on site. (You can bring coal and ignition with you or purchase it from us for an additional fee) • Firewood – we provide for 1 furnace per day. The cost of additional services: • Cleaning when booking 1 night - 2500 rubles. • Panoramic Sauna – 4,000 rubles (1 visit: 3 hours of use) • Sauna in the house - 3000 rubles (1 visit: 3 hours of use) • Baptismal font – 6000 rubles (Independent kindling, firewood provided. 1 visit) • Panoramic sauna + Baptismal Font 20% discount - 8000 rubles (optionally available on different days. 1 visit) • Sauna in the house + Baptismal font 20% discount - 7,200 rubles (optionally available on different days. 1 visit) • Pet (dogs up to 35 cm are allowed) – 2000 rubles per stay. Terms of placement • Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: until 12:00 (Please check the conditions and the possibility of early check-in/late check-out with the administrator). • An insurance deposit of 15,000 rubles (we will refund it within the day of departure). • Children under 6 years stay free of charge (without providing a separate place). • Dogs up to 35 cm tall are allowed with a surcharge and an insurance deposit of 20,000 rubles. • Check-in to the house is carried out by completing online registration via the link.
