Welcome to our cozy studio! We are hosts who have traveled a lot ourselves and understand perfectly well how important it is to feel at home, even away from it. In every place where we stayed, we always lacked something: comfortable pillows, high-quality dishes or even simple little things for a comfortable stay. Our apartment has everything you might need: soft beds and pillows, dishes, Internet and cable TV, air conditioning, a set of hygiene products and even a minimal set of products. You don't have to run to the store for butter and salt to fry scrambled eggs for breakfast. We have taken care of every detail to make you feel at home. We also have great coffee. Nearby is Chernavsky Bridge, the best Dolphin park in the city, a reservoir, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. The apartment can accommodate and relax up to 3 people — an ideal option for a family holiday. There is a parking lot in the courtyard under video surveillance, which will make your stay even more comfortable. We offer remote check—in: you can check in at any convenient time - very early or very late. Estimated time: 14:00 check-in, 12:00 check-out. Please note: parties are prohibited in the apartment. We create an atmosphere for a relaxing holiday, so it's better to come to us to relax and recuperate! Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement with an additional payment of 300 rubles. The deposit for the stay is 2000 rubles — we will refund it after your departure. We are hospitable Siberians and welcome every guest! Come to us and enjoy your stay in a cozy atmosphere!
