The two-room apartment is located in a quiet area of Zelenogradsk, just a 10-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. Nearby there is a city park, where it is pleasant to walk at any time of the day, and convenient access to the Curonian Spit, which is especially valuable for travelers by car. It combines proximity to nature and accessibility of the resort infrastructure: the center with cafes, museums and a promenade is no more than 15 minutes away at a calm pace. The apartments are designed for comfortable accommodation of up to four guests. There are two full-fledged rooms inside, which allows you to accommodate a family with children or a group of friends without feeling cramped. The sleeping area is represented by a double bed, in the living room there is a folding double sofa. For relaxation and leisure, there are two TVs in the room and in the kitchen, as well as high—speed Wi-Fi for the entire stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: there is an electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, necessary utensils. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, and iron in the bathroom with a bathtub. Fresh bedding and towels are provided. Everything is thought out so that you can focus only on rest. Organizational details. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or later check-out is possible upon request, if technically possible (the service is paid, discussed individually). The cost of accommodation depends on the duration, seasonality and day of the week. Additional services. Upon request, we can arrange an individual transfer from Khrabrovo Airport or from the railway station. Important information. The apartments are intended for residential use only. Pets can be accommodated by prior agreement and subject to an insurance deposit of 5,000 rubles and an additional payment of 2,500 rubles. Parties and noisy events are prohibited.
