We offer you a vacation in a house by the sea, in which everything is perfectly thought out for your comfortable stay. The house is 2-storey (newly built, everything is new in the house), designed for 10-12 people. On the ground floor there is a living room combined with a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances (there is an electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle). A large table with chairs for 10 people. The kitchen also has all the necessary utensils and kitchen utensils. The room has 2 large pull-out sofas and a TV with Internet access. The bathroom has shampoos, shower gels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, underfloor heating, washing machine. The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has 2 double beds, cupboards, dressers and bedside tables. Two bedrooms with separate air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the sea. The house has an iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes dryer. Clean linen and towels are always provided for you. There is a barbecue in the courtyard, there are skewers, a steak grill, and a gazebo. Check-in and booking regulations: Reservations are made by prepayment for the first day. If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days in advance, the reservation will not be refunded. Check-in is from 14.00, check-out is until 12.00. When checking in, have your passport or license with you. It is forbidden in the house: -walking in street shoes and heels - make noise after 23:00 -move in with animals - smoke cigarettes, hookah!
