We invite you to stay in a stylish two-room apartment (60 m2) on the 8th floor of a new residential complex in the most popular Oktyabrsky district. We are ready to accommodate up to 5 guests with round-the-clock contactless check-in and provision of accounting documents. This is a versatile space with 4-meter ceilings for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. Ideal for a "staycation" (vacation at home), a romantic weekend or a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. What awaits you: Sleeps: • 180×200 cm bed. • Pull-out sofa 160×200 cm. • Armchair-bed 90×190 cm. Kitchen: Fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine). A set of dishes for 5 people. As a gift to each guest — a compliment. Bathroom: Terracotta tiles, shower cabin with rain and hygienic shower, boiler. A set of towels and bathrobes for each guest, as well as all necessary cosmetics (shampoo, gel, toothbrushes, etc.). Equipment and comfort: Wi-Fi, 2 Smart-TVs, 2 air conditioners, equipped workplace with a desk.
