To date, beautiful old mansions, museums and old wooden houses have been preserved here, reflecting the spirit of different eras. This place attracted representatives of the highest society of the Samara province, cultural and artistic figures. At one time, V.I. Lenin himself lived here, the writer A.S. Neverov, and during the war, Stalin's daughter Svetlana Alliluyeva. You can see the unique architecture of pre-revolutionary Samara right from the window of our apartment. The rooms are isolated, in one bedroom there is a new double bed with orthopedic mattress and a double sofa, blackout curtains, smart TV, in the other - a double sofa. The kitchen is separate, has all the necessary utensils and appliances, including an oven and a microwave. Clean bed linen and fresh towels, hygiene products are at guests' disposal, as well as a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. WI-FI is connected. Within walking distance: the famous restaurant "Created Fire", many bars, street cafes, the Volga River embankment, Leningradskaya pedestrian street, Ascension Cathedral, the Great Synagogue, the Church of the Heart of Jesus, the Museum of the History of the city, the Ethnographic Museum, the Samara Regional Art Museum, various theaters, the River Station and all the main city attractions.
