The administrator sends information about the check-in the day before or on the day of check-in! Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 12:00. If you made a reservation on the day of arrival, the check-in time can be changed to a later date, depending on the readiness of the apartment after cleaning by the maid. You can arrange the check-in time in advance with our manager in the application chat. Please note: The administrator answers questions and sends check-in information from 9:00 to 22:00 Day-to-day check-in is only possible if the reservation is made before 21:00 Early arrivals and late departures are provided if possible and agreed upon. Pets are paid and can be arranged individually. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments (including vapes, hookahs, electronic cigarettes, etc.), as well as noisy events and parties. Upon check-in, a deposit of 5000 rubles must be paid, which is returned upon check-out, after cleaning, in case of no damage to the property. Rent for a day is possible. When booking for 1 day, the cost of cleaning is paid separately - 1,500 rubles. The final cost of a day depends on the number of guests, the period and the length of stay. Accounting documents (contract + receipt) are provided to everyone. You can rent an apartment for daily rent only by accepting the rules of accommodation and signing a contract through the remote document signing service.
