The apartment is located in an area with developed infrastructure. There is a railway and bus station, a bus stop (2 minutes on foot), a Military institute, as well as direct transport links to PhosAgro and Severstal enterprises within walking distance. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, a cinema, a city market and a maternity hospital. All types of accounting documents are provided for guests. The apartment always has clean bed linen, towels, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The amount of the deposit is from 2,000 rubles. The deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation and the safety of the apartment's property. The cost of accommodation depends on the number of guests, holidays and weekends. Check—in is from 14:00, check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement and must be paid separately. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door to the room closed. The apartment is not rented to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as for festive events. Check-in is available for guests over the age of 23 upon presentation of a passport or driver's license.
