The house is located on a plot of 6 acres with a fence, among a birch grove. This is a place where you can reboot from the big city, relax body and soul. The house is ideal for accommodating 8 people, however, the maximum capacity is up to 14 people. Description of the house and its facilities: 4 isolated bedrooms with 2-bedroom beds with orthopedic mattresses. 3 sofas (2-bedroom). A full kitchen set with dishes for 14 people, as well as necessary appliances - an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, osmosis filter for drinking water, kettle. The table is in the kitchen area. The living room is combined with the kitchen. In the second light area, the ceilings reach 7.5 m, which gives good acoustics and is ideal for retreats, all kinds of practices from yoga to singing bowls. Women's circles, hen/stag parties, birthday parties - we are glad to have quiet, not noisy companies that are used to relaxing culturally. In the children's area there is a table and chairs, and a shelf with toys for our little guests. On the 1st floor there is a Finnish sauna, combined with a shower and a bathroom. There is a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The house has a spacious terrace with a view of the birch grove. Outside, in the barbecue area, there is a barbecue with a canopy, as well as a table with benches designed for a large company. There is a grill grate. There is outdoor furniture in the frontal area: armchairs, tables and a fire bowl. Our parking lot has 3 parking spaces. The house is rented in parallel with the rent and additional payment for: ?♂️ Finnish sauna - 5,000rubles per day (up to 4 hours) Early check -in and late check - out are negotiated and paid separately ‼️ A deposit of 20,000rubles is paid upon arrival, returned within 24 hours after check-out and cleaning The deposit is refunded provided that there is no heavy pollution in the house, things are in their places, there is no garbage and traces of smoking, property has not been damaged, and all the rules of accommodation have been observed. When booking for 1 day, please note that a cleaning fee of 5,000rubles is added to the price. If you plan to relax with pets, please coordinate this with us in advance — the additional fee for an animal is 2,500rubles. Each guest is thoroughly cleaned and the surfaces are disinfected. Yakhroma Station is just 5 minutes away by car, from where you can quickly get to Moscow by train. Food delivery — pizza, dishes from restaurants and products from hypermarkets are delivered in 60-90 minutes. We have several rules that will help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for all guests and neighbors.: Please avoid noisy parties and loud music in the house and on the territory — in our village there is a silence regime from 22:00 to 8:00 in the morning so that everyone can relax in peace. For safety and comfort, please strictly adhere to the number of guests specified in the booking — additional visitors are not allowed. Video surveillance is conducted on the territory. Smoking in the house and on the terrace, including cigarettes, vapes, icos, hookahs and any similar devices, as well as the use of incense, is unfortunately prohibited (a fine of 10,000rubles). But for your convenience, we have equipped smoking areas near the barbecue and at the frontal place, where there are ashtrays. For the safety of all guests, it is forbidden to use pyrotechnics: firecrackers, firecrackers, fireworks and sparklers both inside the house and outside. Please do not walk around the house in outdoor shoes — ensure cleanliness and comfort in the premises. Please do not take home textiles (pillows, furniture) out onto the terrace or outside, with the exception of blankets from the basket. If you left trash or dirty dishes behind, we will clean up and take out the trash for you, but we will deduct 1,000rubles from the deposit. Please do not forget to clean up after your pets — there is a fine of 1,000 rubles for unpacked "surprises" on the territory. We also ask you to pay attention to the barbecue: a fine of 1,000 rubles is charged for leaving a dirty grill. Upon departure, please restore the house to its original condition: do not leave food leftovers in the house, on the territory of the barbecue and in the campfire area, garbage in trash cans and containers, dirty stove and dishes.
