We offer a cozy studio with an area of 25 m2 on the 10th floor in a house on Gogol Street, 80. The compact but thoughtful layout makes it an excellent option for one or two guests: it is comfortable here both for a short trip and for several days. Everything you need for independent living is waiting for you inside. There is a kitchen area with a basic set of appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave) and dishes — you can cook simple meals and not depend on the cafe. A washing machine is provided for everyday tasks. The studio also has a TV and stable Wi-Fi. An iron, a hairdryer and a set of hygiene items are provided for small things. The window offers a view of the city, and from the room itself you can go out to the balcony, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a little fresh air. The location is convenient: there are public transport stops nearby, shops, pharmacies and cafes are within walking distance. If you are on a business trip, educational institutions (for example, IrGUPS) and other infrastructure facilities are located nearby. Practical details: Check—in is from 14:00, check—out is until 12:00. Upon check-in, you will need to make a refundable deposit (2000 rubles; refunded upon check-out if the property has not been damaged). Upon request, we provide accounting documents — suitable for travel expenses. Please keep quiet in the evening and at night so as not to disturb other residents.
