The city center is about 15 minutes away by car without traffic jams. It is only 5 minutes before the exit to the highway towards Lake Baikal, which makes the apartment an excellent option for tourists and travelers. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a pull—out sofa in the living room. The windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the planes taking off, which is especially impressive in the evening and at night. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for both short and long term: TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, dishes for cooking and eating, microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, ironing board and dryer. Always clean bed linen and towels. There is a supermarket, shops within walking distance and parking in the courtyard of the house, so you do not have to waste time searching for the necessary goods or a place for a car. Upon request, we provide accounting documents for business trips. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Individual conditions are possible by agreement. Please note: the apartment is not provided for parties and events, and we do not accommodate guests under the age of 23. We maintain a calm and comfortable living environment.
