A cozy and modern apartment just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center is an ideal option for both guests of Irkutsk and residents looking for short—term comfort. The territory of the house is under video surveillance, there are Parking spaces, shops, cafes and a public transport stop nearby (7 minutes on foot). "TRANSFER AND FOOD" For our guests: we will arrange a transfer from the airport/train station. We can also deliver breakfast or dinner directly to the apartment for your arrival. Just notify us in advance, immediately after booking. In the apartment: • Spacious kitchen-living room with dining table and comfortable sofa; • A bed with orthopedic mattress and delicate linens; • Functional kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils; • Panoramic windows facing the sunny side (blackout curtains for those who like the dark); • Wi-Fi, TV, iron, hygiene products, toothbrushes. There is everything here to make you feel at home. A bonus for our guests For stays of 3 nights or more, we pay for the transfer from the airport, and for stays of more than a week, we also pay for the return trip. Rules of accommodation • No parties — the apartment is designed for a relaxing stay. • Check-in after 14:00, check-out before 12:00 (other time is possible by agreement). • Maximum of 4 guests (the price is for 2). • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (only allowed on the shared balcony). • Pets — by prior arrangement. • Silence — from 22:00 to 8:00. Cleanliness and care We value cleanliness and order, so please: • do not leave trash or dirty dishes; • take care of property and textiles (linen requires delicate care). In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit may be partially deducted from the damage. If you need additional cleaning or have any questions, just write to us.
