The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. On the second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, the second with a double bed. The beds are equipped with orthopedic mattresses, and spacious closets are provided for storing things. There is also a pull-out sofa between the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a spacious kitchen-living room with a large sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving dishes: there is an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery. In the living room there is a dining table for 6 guests, a TV with Internet access and free Wi-Fi. There is a barbecue area with a grill and a gas burner next to the house. Coal must be brought with you. The windows offer a beautiful view of the pine forest, and the Saigatka River (Kama) and the sandy beach of the Rus recreation center are just a 5-minute walk away. Guests have free access to the beach, which has sun beds, showers, changing rooms, toilets, as well as catamaran rentals, sapboards, bicycles and scooters. There are several guest houses on the territory with a total capacity of up to 22 people. For large companies, it is possible to rent the entire territory.
