The Bobrancho recreation area is located a 20-minute drive from Akademgorodok on the peninsula in a gated community with its own landscaped beach, marinas, piers, cafe and shop. Our guests can enjoy modern, new, designer houses with their own enclosed areas. Bob House is designed for 4 people with two bedrooms, living room, dining and kitchen areas, WiFi, Smart TV, smart speaker "Alice", controlled by voice. For a comfortable stay of the guests it is provided : - towels (bath towels, hand towels, foot towels), bathrobes, disposable slippers, hair dryer, dental kits, hygiene products; - refrigerator, microwave, hob, all necessary utensils; -air conditioning, underfloor heating.
