Placement rules: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed. We can refuse to stay in case of violation of the rules, night noise, complaints from neighbors, inappropriate behavior without a refund. Pets are not allowed. it is not allowed to hold parties/ drinking and events (except New Year's Eve) The apartment is not for parties and drunken gatherings, only a relaxing holiday "Quiet hours" for guests (when it is forbidden to make noise): from 23:00 to 08:00, from 13:00-15:00 Check-in time is after 14:00 and check-out time is exactly at 12:00, early and late check-out are negotiated individually.
