Arrivals after 2 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m. We can adjust the time, if possible. We do not check in after 21 hours without prior arrangement. The deposit is 2500, refunded if there are no claims within 24 hours. We ask you to take care of the property in this apartment. This applies to furniture, plumbing, dishes, bed linen, keys. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. A fine covering the cost of damage is provided for damage to property and loss of keys. We also ask you not to move bulky furniture. If you accidentally broke or broke something, please let us know in advance to avoid embarrassing situations. We will come to an agreement and try to resolve the situation with minimal losses for both sides. The apartment must be rented in order. We kindly ask you to keep it clean.
