The data is entered into the short-term lease agreement. • Prohibitions: Smoking (including IQOS, hookahs and electronic cigarettes), the use of candles and pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited — a fine of 5,000 rubles. It is impossible to hold noisy events, parties and celebrations. • Liability: For violation of the rules of silence, smoking or damage to property, immediate eviction is provided without refund of payment for the remaining days and withholding of the deposit.
