The guests have everything they need: a comfortable double bed, an extra bed, fresh linen and towels, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and a spacious wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle and dishes. There is a separate filter for drinking water — no need to buy and carry bottles. There is a lot of greenery in the courtyard, there is a sports ground and places for walking. Nearby there are shops, cafes, pharmacies and all necessary infrastructure. Quiet, clean, green, and yet the subway is very close.
