The Listopad author's studio is a place where you want to stay at any time of the year. Every detail did not appear here by chance. As a manager, I wanted to create a space where I could slow down, exhale after a busy day and feel almost at home. Why exactly "Listopad"? Because the fall of leaves for me is not about autumn. It's about the state of mind. When you want to wrap yourself in a blanket, brew your favorite tea, take your time and finally just relax. That's exactly the mood I wanted to put in this studio. The studio has two handmade batik paintings created by the management team specifically for this space. Each of them exists in a single copy. The soul of this studio is a little angel made of red jasper. He usually lives on the shelf at the head of the bed, but sometimes he likes to change his location... Probably just to play with the guests a bit. ? According to legend, red jasper helps fulfill the most sincere desires related to love and personal happiness. You will learn how to get to know an angel correctly and activate it to fulfill a wish from my author's guide. I highly recommend taking a look at it. IMPORTANT UPDATE (July 2026) In the summer of 2026, the studio got a new lease on life. Cosmetic repairs have been made, the interior and decor have been updated, new poplin textiles and soft terry towels have appeared. Bed linen and towels are washed in a professional laundry using hypoallergenic products — no powder odors, only freshness. And yes! Please do not rely on reviews left before July 2026. The studio looks completely different now. , SETTLEMENT CONDITIONS Check-in is remote, according to your passport. We conclude the contract electronically through the Oki-Doki service, which is an official system for checking documents and signing contracts. For registration, the service requests a passport photo (a secure channel, the data is not stored with the owner). Without this, settlement is impossible, please be understanding. I do not provide hotel services, so there is no 24-hour receptionist in the studio. I will be happy to answer your calls and messages from 10:00 to 21:00 Moscow time.
