Please note that the washing machine is located in the common hallway. The studio is on two levels, the bed is on the second level! Check-in: after 14:00 Check-out: before 12:00 Additional cleaning during the stay — 1,500 ₽. There is a contactless check-in. Noisy parties and smoking are prohibited. An insurance deposit of 2000 rubles must be paid before arrival. Returns after check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation. Please note that the deposit is refunded after verification from 18:00 to 21:00 on the day of departure. For your comfort, we provide remote check-in.
