Apartment rules: WiFi, water heater The estimated time of stay in the apartment is check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00 (twelve o'clock in the afternoon), i.e. no matter what time you checked into the apartment, you need to vacate it before 12:00 in the afternoon. The stay in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated individually and paid separately. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Attention: Our apartments are not designed for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this clause of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refunding the payment. A deposit is charged upon check-in of guests under the age of 21!
