On the ground floor there is a coffee shop, a shop and service studios. There are plenty of parking spaces in public parking lots in the vicinity of the house. SELF-CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT In the description below you will find all the necessary information. COST: The price is subject to change and depends on specific dates, month and rental period. On weekends and holidays, the price is higher - the current price for your booking period can be found by using the phone numbers listed in the ad. RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN: Check-in around the clock. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00. The deposit is required and amounts to 3,000 rubles, 5,000 rubles in the summer. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure before 20:00 automatically after cleaning and checking the condition of the apartment. You will need a passport to check in. We accommodate business travelers and provide a full package of accounting documents (for an additional fee). Accommodation with pets by arrangement forbidden: Smoking of all forms of smoking products and liquids throughout the apartment, including on the balcony.
