A public transport stop is within walking distance, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment is clean and cozy, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and dishes. Everything is working fine. The apartment has a TV, a double bed and a pull-out sofa that can accommodate 2 people. Bed linen, towels, pillows and a blanket are provided. This apartment is suitable for guests of our city who come for tourist purposes or on a business trip. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment is intended for living only. Accommodation is possible for up to 4 people: a double bed and a pull-out sofa can accommodate 2 people. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, it is allowed only on the balcony. The apartment is not for rent for events. We work with organizations and conclude accommodation agreements. We provide all the necessary reporting documents. . Tatyshev Park The largest island on the Yenisei River within the city limits has been turned into a large park. This is a real sports paradise (there are bike paths, paths, a beach, an ice rink, ski trails in winter) and the greenest possible area: cars are prohibited on the island, you can get there via a pedestrian bridge, there is an apple orchard and an arboretum, and electricity is eco—friendly, powered by solar panels. Tatyshev hosts sports marathons, the Krasnoyarsk brass band performs, and in 2019 the park became one of the venues of the Winter Universiade. Mostly plants typical of Siberia grow on the island, and Siberian ground squirrels have actively chosen almost the entire territory, and people walking in the park like to feed them.
