Any significant damage must be reported to the administrator immediately after arrival. • Towels and bed linen are provided FREE of CHARGE according to the number of guests requested (for example, 4 towels and 2 sets of linen are provided for a double bed and a sofa). • It is forbidden to use laundry on the dryer. A fee of 1000₽ is charged for the use of extra linen. • The price includes a supportive cleaning service after check-out. However, if the apartment is left in a heavily polluted condition or with a lot of garbage, the administrator has the right to deduct an additional fee for emergency cleaning. • In case of damage, loss or theft of property, the full cost of the damage will be deducted from the guest. Financial issues and cancellation • A refund for days not spent is possible only if an early departure is agreed upon no later than 2 days in advance. Standard check-in and check-out rules: • Check-in: from 15:00. • Check-out: before 12:00. • Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior agreement with the administrator. In case of an unauthorized late check-out without warning, a fine in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Check-in procedure and payment • Check-in is carried out remotely. To do this, you need to send your passport photo to the administrator. • Deposit: 3,000 rubles (refunded after cleaning by the maid, provided there are no violations and the property is safe). • For guests with pets: the deposit is 5,000 rubles. And the additional payment for accommodation is 500₽ • If your check-in is scheduled after 21:00, please pay the full amount of the reservation and the deposit before 21:00 (due to the closing of the ticket office). Rules for guests • Check-in is possible from the age of 21. Exceptions are allowed only in consultation with the administrator. • Minimum stay: from 1 night. Long-term accommodation is possible under special conditions (please check with the administrator). • The number of guests must strictly correspond to the number indicated in the booking (including children). • Guests: Visitors are required to leave the apartment before 24:00. Only the persons indicated in the booking can spend the night. • The amount of the payment for accommodation and the amount of the deposit can be changed if you did not inform us at the time of booking about the event, your age (under 21) or the actual number of guests. Strictly prohibited (Fine — withholding of bail) Violation of the following rules entails a fine in the amount of a deposit (3000/5000 rubles) and/or early eviction without a refund: 1. Smoking tobacco products, vapes, electronic cigarettes, IQOS, hookahs, etc. in the apartment. 2. Holding any noisy events, parties. 3. Carrying animals without prior approval. 4. Violation of the law on silence from 22:00 to 08:00. If you receive complaints from neighbors or the Criminal Code, the deposit will be withheld. 5. Rearranging furniture and changing interior items (a fine of 3,000 rubles). 6. Loss of the key or its departure with a guest (fine of 1000 rubles).
