The estimated time of stay in the apartment is check-in from 14: 00, check-out before 12: 00 (twelve o'clock in the afternoon), i.e. no matter what time you checked into the apartment, you need to vacate it before 12: 00 in the afternoon. The stay in the apartment after 12: 00 is negotiated with the manager in advance. Attention: our apartments are not designed for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22: 00. In case of violation of this clause of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refunding the payment. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke at the time of check-out, we will withhold the deposit.
